The Results

When I was first diagnosed with scoliosis in March I measured a 33 degree Cobb angle. By the time I got here for treatment I had progressed to a 46 degree angle. :-(. After 2 weeks of really hard work today I measured at a 32 degree Cobb angle!! :-) Yay!
So now I have to do my exercises and scoliosis chair twice a day every single day which takes about 2 1/2 hours. I also have to change my activities to not do things that aren't good for my scoliosis. I will come back for another intensive this summer to try and reduce my curve even more!
I am going to continue my blog so I hope you keep checking it! :-)
My mom and I got yogurt to celebrate!
